How to Change Text on Every Refresh or Page Load?

Hi Friends !!
In this article, we learn that how to change text or images on every page load. With a little help of jQuery, we will show sections randomly on page load. Let’s start …

At first, you need to define HTML structure as you want. We added here photo, name, identity & description of some famous personalities. HTML code as follows:

<div class="row">
	<div class="col-auto">
		<div class="img-wrap"><img src="" alt="John Doe"></div>
	<div class="col">
		<h3>John Doe</h3>
		<p>Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s.</p>
		<h4>Thanks !!</h4>

But we can not add above code directly in HTML. We have to add above HTML structure in jQuery. jQuery will put above HTML code in below div. So you need to create only one blank div #random_quotes in your HTML.

<div id="random_quotes">

Now here in jQuery, we define name as Personality Name, type as his Identity, imagepath as his Picture & quote as Description. Then you have to put details as below example.

function dquote(){
	var quotes = [
		{name:"Salman Khan", type:"Bollywood Actor", imagePath:"", quote:"Salim Salman Khan is an Indian film actor, producer, occasional singer and television personality. In a film career spanning over thirty years, Khan has received numerous awards, including two National Film Awards as a film producer, and two Filmfare Awards for acting."},
		{name:"Katrina Kaif", type:"Bollywood Actress", imagePath:"", quote:"Katrina Kaif is an English actress who works in Hindi films. Despite receiving mixed reviews from critics for her acting prowess, she has established herself in Bollywood and is one of India's highest-paid actresses. Born in Hong Kong, Kaif and her family lived in several countries before she moved to London."},
		{name:"Sachin Tendulkar", type:"Indian Cricketer", imagePath:"", quote:"Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar is an Indian former international cricketer and a former captain of the Indian national team. He is often regarded as the greatest batsman in the history of cricket. He is the highest run scorer of all time in International cricket."},
		{name:"Lionel Messi", type:"Footballer", imagePath:"", quote:"Often considered the best player in the world and regarded by many as one of the greatest players of all time, Messi has won a record-tying five Ballon d'Or awards,[note 2] four of which consecutively, and a record five European Golden Shoes."},
		{name:"A. P. J. Abdul Kalam", type:"Former President of India", imagePath:"", quote:"Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam was an aerospace scientist who served as the 11th President of India from 2002 to 2007. He was born and raised in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu and studied physics and aerospace engineering."},
		{name:"Nelson Mandela", type:"Former President of South Africa", imagePath:"", quote:"Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela was a South African anti-apartheid revolutionary, political leader, and philanthropist who served as President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999. He was the country's first black head of state and the first elected in a fully representative democratic election."},
	var dquote = quotes[Math.floor(Math.random() * quotes.length)];

After details, we put HTML structure in the jQuery which we created earlier in this article. It will display in #random_quotes div. See below example:

var html = '<div class="row">' +
				'<div class="col-auto">' +
					'<div class="img-wrap"><img src="'+dquote['imagePath']+'" alt="'+dquote['name']+'"></div>' +
				'</div>' +
				'<div class="col">' +
					'<h3>'+dquote['name']+'</h3>' +
					'<h5>'+dquote['type']+'</h5>' +
					'<h4>Thanks !!</h4>' +
			'</div>' +

Now, design you HTML structure with CSS.

body{margin:0;font:normal 15px/1.5 arial;}
*, ::after, ::before {box-sizing: border-box;}
.row {
    display: flex;
    flex-wrap: wrap;
.col-auto {
    -ms-flex: 0 0 auto;
    flex: 0 0 auto;
    width: auto;
    max-width: none;
.col {
    -ms-flex-preferred-size: 0;
    flex-basis: 0;
    -ms-flex-positive: 1;
    flex-grow: 1;
    max-width: 100%;
.img-wrap{width:200px;height:200px;overflow:hidden;border:5px solid #ddd; border-radius:50%;}

That’s All !!
